The Harper in Philadelphia PA

Located in the heart of Rittenhouse Square, one of Philadelphia’s most fashionable neighborhoods The Harper is a 24-story luxury apartment tower with 183 high end apartments. M&S worked with the general contractor to specify the entire building with American Standard and Grohe products in the kitchens and bathrooms. Once product was selected our office worked with local distribution to secure attractive pricing to the owner and with the factory to make sure the product arrived to meet the projects deadlines.
